Use Event Cards instead of Dice

New Bucharest does not require a game master. Instead, events and player actions are guided using event cards and action cards. Both are provided in the "Guidelines" section of this website.

Quick Start

New Bucharest offers simple character stats, clear instructions, a setting that allows for a wide range of stories and sample scenarios for you to play. A game master is optional, the number of players can range between 1 and ∞.
